In partnership with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), the Sustainability E-Training for Directors programme equips listed-company directors with an overview of sustainability and the relevance of sustainability reporting for issuers on the Singapore Exchange.
SGX requires climate-related disclosures on a comply-or-explain basis for financial years beginning on or after 1 January 2022, and directors of listed companies must undergo training on sustainability. This programme is a prescribed course that satisfies that requirement. Participants complete it online at their own pace within six months and receive the Certificate in Sustainability for Directors with 4 CPE hours.
The programme is available in English and in Mandarin.
